How DailyCareCalls Works

DailyCareCalls helps maintain independent living for your loved one by placing an automated check-in call using a schedule that you specify during setup.

1	An automated check-in call is placed.
2	If there is no answer, the call is retried 3 times. You can set the retry call at 5, 10, 15, or 20 minute intervals depending on your loved one's needs..
3	When the call is answered, our automated service requests the call recipient to press 1 if they are okay or 2 if they require assistance.
4	If the call is not answered or the call recipient presses 2, designated assistance contacts are called or emailed.
